The SuitlandFest Community Development Corporation 501c3 and the Suitland Recreation Council has been in operations since the early 1980s serving families not only in Prince George's County Maryland but also abroad.
Our mission is to uplift communities through enriching cultural programs, resources, and events. We are deeply committed to elevating the quality of life for residents within the various communities we serve by creating engaging recreational opportunities, fostering cultural enrichment, and driving socio-economic advancement.
The Compound is an artist-run nonprofit organization located in Baltimore City. We support individual and collective production within experimental cultural, social, and urban space sharing. Prioritizing affordability and sustainability, we provide quality spaces to Baltimore’s artists and artisans. The complex of spaces that makes up the Compound includes local small businesses, individual artist studios, event spaces, and an experimental communal living space for artist-residents of the Compound.
The Black Genius Art Show is a flagship brand housed in Genius Guice Studios, an art gallery based in Baltimore, Maryland. The organization was originated in 2014, and it focuses on showcasing the work of emerging and established artists of color. The aim of the organization is to provide a platform for underrepresented voices to be heard and to celebrate the creativity and ingenuity of black creatives.

Since 2010, ArtJamz (www.artjamz.co) has been providing art-focused educational experiences to individuals, fortune 500 companies, public schools, and non-profit organizations across the United States. Our art instructors have deep knowledge and experience in providing and leading art coursework and have been trained in art theory and techniques. Our mission is to make the world a more creative place by making visual art education opportunities accessible to all people.

Frequensee handles audio visual needs from recording, mixing, editing, mastering, and promotional videos. From handling projects with kids such as “Cooking with the Cap Kids”, Frequensee is about positivity. While offering mixing classes, Frequensee also hosts a free open mic night for artists to express themselves.
