RJ Scott

Design / Digital, Drawing, Multimedia, Photography, Visual / Media

Currently I’m at a interesting crossroads. Like the point of a novel where the protagonist has started to take control of all the tools in his/her arsenal. Now the protagonist must cement their legacy.
In my case, these tools would be my art skills. I’ve gained the confidence needed to believe in myself and believe in my work. The next step is creating a following or convincing you the viewer of my artistic eye and talent.

If I could, I would like to leave you with a quote that has stuck with me for a very long time.
“There’s four letters in HATE, but there’s also four letters in LOVE”

About the Artist

RJ has been practicing art on and off for over 15 years, which has shaped most of his adult life. Primarily his background has been focused in the fields of drawing and photography. RJ is a graduate of Harford Community College's Graphic Design program, with plans to continue at an arts focused program in the near future.  From the artist: "I would say my artistic style centers on portraiture. The level of emotion that you can capture in someone's face is truly inspirational. Whether I do that in photography, digital artwork, or drawing. I'm always practicing my skills and making art. My plan is hopefully to parlay this a full-time career one day."

I can provide my own laptop to run a powerpoint or show digital slideshows of my work. The only thing i would need in these situations would be a projector and a source of electric to charge my laptop.

Baltimore; Baltimore City; Cecil; Harford; Howard; Anne Arundel; Montgomery; Kent; Fredrick.

Im somewhat familiar with these counties so I'd choose the opportunities based off distance from the Belcamp area. I have more availability in the summer but can make most reasonable accommodations as long as i'm given about 2-3 weeks notice.
