Steve Simcoe

About the Artist

Experienced, professional musician with over thirty-five years involved in music.  Primary instrument: Bb tenor saxophone.   From 1975 until 1988 played full-time with different bands in the Baltimore and Washington area and in the early 1980's played in band that backed former Spinners vocalist Philippe Wynn.  Since 2011 have focused on composing music, collaborating with lyricist, hiring and directing talent in recording of compositions, working with studio engineers in finalizing compositions, creating videos to accompany compositions and posting videos on YouTube and Vimeo to promote artists and their compositions. In 1994 I earned a Master's Degree in Instructional Design and pursued a career as an IT professional for the next twenty years.
