Pyramid Atlantic is a nonprofit contemporary art center located in Hyattsville, Maryland. We exhibit and sell original art in our gallery and shop; teach workshops in printmaking, papermaking, and book arts; and are a resource for artists seeking equipment and space.
Founded in 2016, this all female custom tattoo shop- houses an art gallery that showcases not only local artists but has a virtual gallery that has been highlighting artists from around the world. Every few months the gallery changes with a new themed show to not only have a common thread between the artwork but also to give artists a small starting point to spark a new idea. The Crisfield Arts Syndicate (CAS) is a nonprofit organization formed in 2018 to support economic development and revitalization through promotion of artists and the arts in all forms in Crisfield, MD and surrounding areas. Gallery 413 is an art gallery opened in November 2021 by CAS to showcase visual arts. In the coming months, CAS will open a learning center for presenting all forms of art education and workshops for local artists who do not have their own spaces. The Water’s Edge Museum, which is volunteer-run and open free to the public, focuses on bringing school children through the door for an empowering session with tours led by members of America’s Founding Black Families. The Water’s Edge is working on 3 projects, all of which require funding. They are 1. Education, 2. The Maryland Spirituals Initiative, and 3. The Middle Passage Ceremony and Marker Initiative A virtual opening on 1 February to honor Black History Month. The actual opening was on 6 March.

With over 2,500 feet of gallery space Just Lookin' hosts multiple artists and theme shows on a rotating basis.

Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center is located in scenic Solomons, Maryland, where the Patuxent River meets the Chesapeake Bay. The sculpture garden features a 1/4 mile walking path that meanders through the woods past permanent and loaned sculpture, including over thirty works on loan from the Smithsonian Institution and the National Gallery of Art. Artists in the collection include: Antonio Tobias Mendez, Barbara Hepworth, Cesar, Robert Engman, Jean Arp, Kenneth Snelson and Fransisco Zuniga.
