Hi! I am Ayana Harris. I am a creative director, designer, and decorator. I style and design children's and adults' clothing. Over the past seven years, I have been the designer for Zari Emerson's kid's clothing brand. Also, I decorate homes, parties, and events of all kinds. In addition, I creative direct videography and photo shoots. My aesthetics is whimsical, romantic, and bold. I am known for my great use of color and multi-textured designs. I have been creating for the past 15 years.
The Face Paint Lady!
Since 1991 The Face Paint Lady has delivered over 100,000 face to face art experiences for children and their families. She is locally recognized for face painting and interactive performances with the public. She leads groups of all ages in communal classroom settings using tailored art interactives that raise funds, awareness and create community.
Laura Amussen
In 2006, I received my MFA from Rinehart School of Sculpture at the Maryland Institute College of Art where I was awarded MICA and Jack Kent Cooke Scholarships and a Jacob K. Javits Fellowship. Since graduating I have been an active participant in Baltimore’s local art scene. I am an adjunct III faculty member at Towson University and the Maryland Institute College of Art, as well as an independent curator. I was the director of exhibitions and curator at Goucher College for over ten years, where I programmed and mounted over 100 exhibitions.

A duet between Artistic Directors Colette Krogol and Matt Reeves, FREQUENCY is a throwback to the company’s genesis as a duet company and reflects the significance of time spent trying to tune two lives together.

Step into the Garden for an evening of discovery that exists at a special place within yourself; that place where, if you stand still for a moment and listen, you can hear the heartbeat of the universe aligning with your own.
