Equally at home in opera, oratorio, cabaret, and musical theater, Ms. Thomas-O'Meally has performed with companies throughout the DC-Baltimore and Milwaukee-Chicago areas. An advocate for contemporary American music both as a performer and as a teacher, Ms. Thomas-O'Meally has created roles in five world premieres, including The Woman in Red in Dream of Valentino at Washington Opera.

The very beginning for the band was busking in the gritty streets and metro stations in D.C. With Covid and many restrictions on venue capacity, performing on the streets continues to be their direct connection to the city and its beautiful people. Travis the TromboneKing is the leader, arranger,  and founder of the band.

Original music commissions have come from classical, jazz, and pop performers as well as film/video producers, modern dance choreographers, ice skaters, equestrian riders, and visual/multi-media artists. Music commissions have come from 'Ice Theatre of New York', US National Park Service, classical guitarist Candice Mowbray, choreographer Maida Withers, Grant Mackewan College, and "The Downstream Project" among others.
