Empress founded and is the CEO of Healing Out Loud Theatre & TV Productions, Island Fete Fitness Dance Company, and Empress J Music.   She is CEO and Co-Founder of the AfriCaribbean Festival an international project bringing together the Caribbean and African Cultures.
