Traditionally, The Global Z Recording Project brings together talented student musicians from culturally-diverse backgrounds to create cross-cultural friendships, promote acceptance of diverse others, explores cultural influences on musical genres, teaches participants a variety of music production and tech-related skills while creating original musical works. The primary outcome is a documentary-style music video posted on our public-facing YouTube channel, "From A To Global Z."

We offer a “blank canvas” for every student to develop their individual creativity. We provide the tools, techniques, and a great studio space, along with instruction that encourages creative exploration, and peers for encouragement and collaboration.
