Imagine the sun groaning and pelting you with its blistering rays. Streets crammed with ramshackle buildings contrasted with dominating skyscrapers. Wisps of air, heavy with lingering dirt and pollution, coating you. This is home. This is Mumbai.
Guy Munsch
Maryland based international artist with a wide range of experience in fine art painting, mixed media and drawing as well as a previous career path that included architecture, graphic design, cultural institutions and curatorial offices. Recent contemporary artwork includes a stylistic blend of mark-making with figurative and landscape elements. As a frequent traveler to Southeast Asia, it has influenced my western art abstraction sensibilities to bend towards an eastern appreciation of "made by the hand" quality of design and materials.

She grew up in New England and after initially studying Biologyat Skidmore College, graduated with a BS in Art She found it was a natural transition from the examination of living things in a lab to visualizing those processes as imagery in paintings and prints. She dates her interest in the effects of climate conditions to early studies of biotic habitats. She earned a MFA at MICA’s Hoffberger School of Painting, where she studied with Grace Hartigan.
Lauren Lay
I grew up with a love of the arts. As a young girl I would stitch garments and accessories for my dolls. My sister and I would frequently draw classroom and other scenes on the same sheet of typing paper. She drew many desks and students and details quickly, while I hovered over the details of a single garment, carefully filling in the print on a skirt or dress of the one student I had managed to draw.
