I've studied art my entire life, grade school, through high school and in college (1.25 years). I've supported myself and small family with my creativity, with whatever form was needed (artist, gallery owner, custom framer, caterer, costume maker, book publisher, art conservator to name some professions). I've lived in Baltimore County most of my life, showing in regional art exhibitions, winning numerous awards.
I've been involved with the Manor Mill Gallery in Monkton, MD, for the past 4 years, now acting as Director and Curator of the Gallery.
My name is Kay Montanye. I’m a painter, wife, and mother based outside of Baltimore in Glyndon, Maryland, an old Victorian town that overlooks a vast valley of hayfields and horse farms. Living near such an untouched landscape has allowed my love and appreciation for the natural beauty of our world to grow over the years. I use my interactions with the local animal life to inspire my work. My mixed media illustrations are hand-drawn using watercolor, acryla gouache, and acrylic paint.

Michelle Spiziri's art is characteristic of Abstract Expressionism. However, she has an uncanny ability to bring out unique and evocative imagery while revealing unexpected visual stories.
She is also diving into ceramic sculpture as a medium of extended expression.
Inside the core of Michelle’s art there exists layers of complexities, discoveries, and synchronicities forming before the reveal of a finished work.
Michelle believes that the sometimes chaotic journey involves a chrysalis state of deconstruction in order to create something fresh and meaningful.
