Mary DeStefano
Mary DeStefano (b. 1982) is a Washington, DC metro area visual artist who works in acrylic, pastel, and watercolor. Born and raised in the woods of Arkansas, she is strongly influenced by her rural roots, painting primarily bold, but serene landscapes and plants, and she often taps into a sense of nostalgia for a place from one’s past. She has shown her work in New York, Connecticut, Washington DC, and Arkansas, and her work has been commissioned and collected nationally.
Erica Rae Smith
Erica Rae Smith is the Founder and Artistic Director of Raediant Movement LLC. A Philadelphia native, she holds a BFA in Modern Dance from The University of the Arts. Her training spans traditional South African, Jamaican Dancehall, Caribbean Folk, Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Horton, and Umfundalai techniques. Erica has performed professionally with companies such as Mahogany Dance Theater, Tania Isaac Dance, Valerie Branch Dance Ensemble, and Lesole’s Dance Project.

TaNia S. is a seasoned photographer and engineer with over 15 years of experience documenting the lives and stories of people throughout the DMV area and beyond. Born and raised in Prince George's County, MD, TaNia’s passion for photography was ignited during high school at Parkdale while on the modeling team, where she discovered her true calling behind the lens.
Jimmie L Thomas
Jimmie Thomas Jr is a filmmaker and educator from Florida. He holds a BA in broadcast journalism from Florida A&M University and an MFA in filmmaking from the Maryland Institute College of Art. His first film documentary, The Curators of Hip Hop: A Story of Independence, was screened at the Pan African Film Festival and All Three Coasts (A3C) Festival and later picked up by streaming platforms Amazon Prime and Kweli TV.

John resides in Maryland and is a mixed-medium artist. His artworks are a testament to his exploration into his cultural and spiritual identity and his lived experiences as an American artist of African Descent. After completing his academic degrees and working in the public/private sector as an Affordable Housing Specialist, he pursued creative studies at the Washington Sculpture Center and the Kari Minnick Glass Studio as an artist-in-residences.
