Taryn Brown is a multimedia artist specializing in dance, audio, and video. Her work has been presented in the United States and abroad in events including the Sans Souci Festival of Dance Cinema in Colorado, the Tec Art Eco Festival in Italy, and the Promising Artists of the XXI Century program in Costa Rica. Brown has taught as a guest/permanent faculty at several institutions including Iowa State, UNC Greensboro, UN Reno, Shelton State and ACDA.

Michele A. Steiger is a realist painter, who works primarily in oils and pastels. Her inspiration is drawn from the rural scenes of Southern Maryland, Virginia, and the beach and marsh areas of the New Jersey shore. Her travels are the main influence on her art. Michele often spends long hours camera in hand, photographing scenery. She wants to show the beauty of nature in the oft-overlooked, vibrant details of everyday scenes.
Artist Biography: Susannah Hartshorn Lynch
I was born in Alexandria VA on January 20, 1962. My family spent a few years in Venice California while my parents finished school, after which we moved to St. Mary’s County Maryland. I have lived here ever since.
Christina L. Allen lives in southern Maryland on a small farm, with her cat, flock of sheep, rare Jersey Buff heritage turkeys, and heritage chickens.
I’m a failed physics professor and fiction writer, turned artist only after trying to fit my love of magic into more traditional boxes. What most compels me about being an artist is the calling for authenticity, championing merit in a disposable world, and digging in the dirt for clues to what holds us together.
Roxana Gonzales was born in April 15, 1963 in a small town in North Perú called Chepen. She is one of four children raised by loving parents in a calm environment , Gonzales took an interest in literature, writing and art at an early age. Roxana would observe people around her which would inspire fictional stories in her notebooks, and making portraits of her friends to go along. At the age of 6, she created her first oil painting along with her pet.. After that exciting experience with a brush she then continued to work on various bodegones and children paintings.
Stephanie Scott earned her B.A. in Studio Art with a minor in Educational Studies from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and both an A.A. in Art and a Letter of Recognition in Digital Imaging from the College of Southern Maryland.
I am a current undergraduate student at Notre Dame of Maryland University in Baltimore (Class of 2018). I like to paint using oils and watercolors as well as drawing illustrations in pen and ink. I also like to work with both film and digital photography.
