Katie Macyshyn (she/they) is a performance artist and educator who has facilitated workshops, afterschool programs, and multimedia rituals in the DC metro area since graduating with honors from the Corcoran School of the Arts & Design at George Washington University in 2013. Their classes explore the foundations of art through creative play and mindfulness. Macyshyn’s interactive performance work has been included in DIY venues and gallery exhibitions in the DC area including Rhizome DC, VisArts, and Transformer DC.

Artistic professional with 10 years of training and performance experience in dance theater in the United States and abroad. I hold a B.F.A. in Dance and Choreography from Point Park University. I instruct dance classes for youth and adults as part of my mission to share the joy of movement and dance. Additionally, I am a filmmaker who produces short films featuring original poetry and choreographs for both stage and film. I specialize in both in-person and virtual formats.
Naomi Rose Weintraub (they/them) is a Jewish, gender-queer, multi-media artist and educator based in Baltimore, MD, on the lands of the Piscataway and Susquehannock peoples.
They are currently working as the Community Artist-in-Residence at the Jewish Museum of Maryland.
Naomi’s art practice is interdisciplinary and focuses on themes of play, jewish ritual, queerness, anarchism, and ecology.
I am a writer/director/actor based in Baltimore, Maryland. I have over 15 years experience in theatre, television and film. I was the lead actress in a few film festival quality shorts that reached local, nationwide and international viewing (including Maryland's own Maryland Film Festival 2020 and 2022). I am currently in early pre-production of a short film I wrote titled "Mama" which has won several screenwriting awards including Best Short Screenplay via Baltimore Screenwriting Competition and placed as a "second rounder" via the Austin Film Festival.

We have long heard of her heroism being an agent of The Underground Railroad, but we haven’t heard much about her life before that time. Vol. 1 “Rit”, loosely showcase’s an incident involving Harriet’s mother, Harriet or “Rit”, and her brave and heartfelt effort to keep her family together during the time of slavery by stopping the sale of her son. Maceo “Tendaji” Lester is a filmmaker based in Baltimore, MD. His work ranges from music videos, narrative film, documentaries, and wedding videography. Lester received his BA in Mass Communications at Virginia State University. Years later he enrolled at the Maryland Institute College of Art where he received his MFA in Film. His love of music, sports, and African-American culture are very prevalent in his work. His work has screened and won awards at several film festivals across the nation and internationally.
