For me, art is like prayer insomuch as beseeches us to take a moment to acknowledge the wonder of life by reflecting a glimpse of the earth’s incredible beauty and mystery. Art arouses our deepest feelings so we can see clearer into our own souls. It helps us dream, reflect, express love, wonder, and awe. It engages us and it connects us. It reminds us of what we cherish.
