As a sound healing practitioner, Lisa of Wandering Lotus Healing Arts combines her 35+ years as a musician with her studies as an acupuncture clinical intern to provide a unique and immersive sound experience for adults and children of all ages. Sound healing taps into your body's own wisdom to promote healing, mindfulness, and peace through vibration, energy, and stillness. Studies have shown that sound can deepen a meditation, calm our sympathetic nervous system (our "fight or flight" response), and activate our parasympathetic nervous system (our "rest and digest" system).
