Mr. KittyKai (he/him) is a transmasculine Hyattsville based visual and performing artist, educator, and alternative model. He has worked with organizations across the country including Party Liberation Foundation, Sunset and Chill, Metta Creative, Camp Contact, Tethered Together, the National LGBTQ Task Force, and Dark Odyssey. Spicy Meow Werks was established in 2018 as a way to combine all of his creative endeavors.

Mygenet Tesfaye Harris
Mygenet Tesfaye Harris is an Ethio African American artist whose work is inter- and multi-disciplinary. Her artistic journey flourished during her undergraduate and graduate studies at the MICA. Her imagery is based on her story of migration and adaption fueled by her birthplace of Ethiopia and her Eritrean bloodline. Mygenet's exhibition of Wax & Gold is from three series reflecting her origin and life. The Ethiopian phrase “Wax and Gold” refers to many unseen complexities and Symbols below the surface.
City of Bowie
The City of Bowie Arts Committee maintains an art gallery on the first and second floors of Bowie City Hall. The gallery includes hanging space for artwork, and two display cases for three-dimensional artwork. The Arts Committee changes the gallery, usually on a quarterly basis. The majority of the gallery exhibits are juried shows. Artists all over the metro DC-Baltimore area are eligible to participate in the juried shows. Artists are then invited to submit digital images of their artwork, along with the entry form.
Becky Hill
Becky Hill is a sought-after percussive dancer, Appalachian square dance caller, choreographer, and educator. Becky has worked with Footworks Percussive Dance Ensemble, Rhythm in Shoes, Good Foot Dance Company, and studied with an array of percussive dance luminaries. Her choreography has been featured at Wheatland Music Festival, Jacob’s Pillow, and the Kennedy Center among others. She performs regularly with Big Family Business, Jesse Milnes, Roxy King, and Ben Nelson.
