Chase Davis
My name is Sara Davis, but I go by Chase, and I am the artist behind Lahar Arts. My specialty is acrylic on canvas and digital Abstract Expressionist paintings. As a pet sitter by day, I have also begun creating digital, psychedelic-themed pet portraits. The digital pieces are created from photos I capture of every day objects - from street lights to Brussels Sprouts. The paintings on canvas are often inspired by spiritual musings. The art of Jackson Pollock, as well as Willem de Kooning, inspired me to lay down my first canvas and paint some 17 years ago.
Tara Mulder
Tara creates abstract works with a variety of media including strips of dried acrylic paint she likes to call "palette trash." She uses this recycled material for entire works as well as collaging into acrylic and oil paintings rich with texture. An artist for more than three decades and former high school art teacher, Tara finds endless visual inspiration during walks in her historic Baltimore neighborhood.
Shannon Pumputis
Shannon Pumputis is earning her B.A. in Art and Environmental Studies  and is expected to graduate in May of 2019. After graduation, she is looking to pursue a certificate in scientific illustration. Her current work focuses on depicting botanical subject matter based solely from her own observations. Her work has been exhibited at the Maryland Art Place in Baltimore, MD and the Boyden Gallery at St. Mary’s College of Maryland, St. Mary’s City, MD.  She also received Honorable Mention for the McCutcheon Family Art Award, given through the Art and Art History Department at St.
