Marcie Wolf-Hubbard received her B.A. from the University of Maryland in Studio Art and studied Fine Art & Illustration at the Maryland Institute, College of Art. Her paintings in encaustic (wax) and mixed media have been exhibited widely on the East Coast. Marcie teaches drawing, painting, mixed media, and encaustic painting. She teaches students of all ages including individuals with disabilities and seniors with dementia. Marcie is an instructor at Glen Echo Park, Yellow Barn Studios, The Smithsonian, and has transitioned to teaching virtually from her studio.

Melanie Figg (MFA, PCC) is the author of the award-winning poetry collection, Trace (named one of the Best Inde Books of 2020 by Kirkus Reviews), and a poetry chapbook, Hurry, Love. She is currently working on a hybrid memoir. Melanie's poems, personal essays, and book reviews are published or forthcoming in dozens of literary journals, including The Iowa Review, Nimrod, The Rumpus, and the American Poetry Review. She has won grants from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Maryland State Arts Council, the Arts & Humanities Council of Montgomery County, and others.
Andargé Asfaw, is an award-winning photographer, educator, and author. His powerful portraits and luminous landscapes have appeared in national and international publications and his work is held in private collections worldwide. Andargé's photography book, Ethiopia from the Heart, celebrates the landscape and culture of Ethiopia. Andargé maintains a commercial photography studio, F/STOP STUDIO, in the Washington, D.C. area and leads photo safaris to Ethiopia. He teaches photography at Smithsonian Associates in Washington, D.C, and The Art League School in Alexandria, VA.
Nadya Babich is an emerging artist whose abstract creations eloquently express resilience, depth, intimacy, and wonder. Born in Siberia, Nadya's artistic journey has been shaped by a series of relocations and a constant search for identity. Leaving her home country at a young age, she found herself grappling with the challenges of cultural assimilation and a sense of displacement.
I was born and raised in Uruguay and since I can remember I always had a passion for drawing. I studied graphic advertising, but it felt more like a heartless business. Years passed, and I still have that passion, and art has become a massive help with many aspects of my life. Now I have the chance to work and learn at the same time while enjoying every second of the process.
LeRoyJacks; started his artistic professional life as a fully trained and licensed Architect A.I.A. (retired) and Vietnam Veteran but he soon realized that he could not express his full artistic passion and vision working solely with the materials & constraints of the ‘Build Environment’.
This, of course, lead to other forms of expression; some good some not; as can be seen in the continuously evolving techniques, changes of media, and style of presentation. He even practiced as a Seriograph Instructor (screen printing) for the Virginia Beach Art Association in the mid 80’s.
Julia Tagliere’s work has appeared in The Writer, Potomac Review, Gargoyle Magazine, Washington Independent Review of Books, and numerous anthologies. Winner of the 2015 William Faulkner Literary Competition for Best Short Story, the 2017 Writers Center Undiscovered Voices Fellowship, and the 2021 Nancy Zafris Short Story Fellowship, Julia completed her M.A. in Writing at Johns Hopkins University and serves as an editor with The Baltimore Review.
Pete Danelski is a director and producer, based in Washington, DC, making work all over. Pete creates theatre and performance through a variety of means and forms. Directing, associate and assisting credits include Folger Theatre, Theatre J, Gallery Players, Rorschach, The Performance Interface Lab, Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival Round House Theatre and DeSales University. Original projects include The Lower Depths Project, woolgatherings, as well as Every Hour/Chekhov in 8—developed with support of the Drama League of New York City.
