ARDYTHE B. JOLLIFF, NWS, WHS, BWS, PWS, PCWS, SW, GWS, WSA Ardythe Bernette Jolliff is an award winning watercolorist who loves to depict light and shadow, rich color and the special glow of watercolor.  Her favorite subjects are birds, flowers  and especially sea shells collected during her residency in Florida.  She also enjoys painting interesting views of buildings, houses, landscapes, waterscapes and local scenes of Annapolis, MD and the U. S. Naval Academy.  Her paintings are created with imagination and she invites the viewer to explore her artistic visions with her.

Frequently recognized for her many appearances on TV,Julie has appeared in over 50 regional TV commercials and shows including host of a nationally broadcast children's show on Fox network! She models professionally for numerous national product lines and has appeared in several movies including Ladder 49, Syriana, and National Treasure: Book of Secrets! Julie grew up in the theatre, where with her technical director mentor/father she participated in numerous productions at Galludet University.

Received a BFA in painting from MD Institute, 1983, magna cum laude 1983-1987  Worked in two different sign shops   1987  Started "Fletcher Art studio" in 1988, offering custom lettering, commisioned oil paintings and murals 1988-1990  Worked part time for Nermann Weeks furniture compnay learning various forms of faux painting 1990  Added "Faux Painting" to Fletcher Art sevices !990  Went full time  Fletcher Art 1990-2011  Painted names approxomately 90% of  boats  in the Annapolis and surrounding Chesapeake Bay area
