My studio is located at the The Mill Centre in the Hampden neighborhood of Baltimore.  I have worked professionally as an artist, designer and teacher for over thirty years. My work has been shown in galleries up and down the East Coast, and is included in private and corporate collections throughout the United States. Milkshake Duo
Lisa Mathews and Mikel Gehl are the Milkshake Duo, a school and library-friendly part of the Grammy-nominated award-winning kindie band Milkshake. Milkshake makes original music kids can call their own, exploring topics kids care about, from pretend play to the social ups and downs of friends and bullies. The duo's highly interactive live appearances inspire joy, even as the kids learn through music and rhyme as part of the band.
Stevenson University Exhibitions Program
Stevenson University’s Exhibitions Program is dedicated to advancing knowledge and fostering understanding in the visual arts through a wide and varied series of exhibitions and educational programs. Stevenson’s three museum-quality gallery spaces located on the Greenspring and Owings Mills campuses, provide significant venues for artists and art patrons in the region and offers opportunities for students, artists, and the community to see established and emerging talents, learn through gallery talks and lectures, and celebrate the arts at music-filled receptions.
Lisa Mathews
LISA MATHEWS has been a Teaching Artist with Wolf Trap’s Institute of Early Learning Through the Arts since 2013, providing classroom residencies in music and creative drama in Maryland, DC and Virginia schools. She also worked with Young Audiences/Arts for Learning between 2008 - 2024, earning their Artist of the Year Award in 2010.
Gordon Center for Performing Arts
The mission of the Gordon Center for Performing Arts is to create a welcoming environment that engages, educates, entertains, and expands the horizons of the Greater Baltimore community through the arts. The work of the Gordon Center is inspired by the Jewish values of welcoming all and supporting community growth. The Gordon Center seeks to provide opportunities to explore and celebrate art that fosters cross-cultural understanding and appreciation.
Contemporary Arts Inc
Contemporary Arts Inc. is a nonprofit arts organization.  The organization was co-founded in 1997 and became incorporated in the state of Maryland in 2002. The Programs of Contemporary Arts Inc. are: 1. SAX: Music & Dance Camp Program for youth ages 4 - 17 2. The Annual John Coltrane Tribute Concert 3. "An Afternoon of Artistic Excellence" featuring performing recipients of the Baker Artist Awards 4. Jazz for Centers in partnership with the Baltimore County Dept. of Aging/Senior Centers 5. Jazz in the Stacks in partnership with the Enoch Pratt Free Library
Alden Phelps
Alden Phelps is an artist, songwriter, and musician with over 20 years years of experience performing for audiences of all kinds across the region. Alden’s zany songs, zippy guitar-ifications, and sing-along choruses delight folks of all ages, and his arts-integrated interactive workshops inspire a love of language and the joy of playing with words.
Children's Playhouse of Maryland
                                                           Organization Mission Statement   The mission of the Children’s Playhouse of Maryland, Inc. (CPM) is to provide theatrical experiences for young people in Baltimore’s diverse metropolitan area.  The goals of CPM are to make live theatre accessible to all children, to enable young people to gain an appreciation for the arts, as well as confidence and a sense of responsibility, and to provide training and practice in acting and theatre production for youth.
